Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The pool area was stunning and made for great photos, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, which I appreciated. However, the room was quite large but didn’t feel luxurious, and the dining options were quite standard, especially for breakfast and dinner. Overall, I found it a decent stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While I genuinely appreciated the safe environment and the overall cleanliness, the service and dining experience left much to be desired. The location is quite convenient for temple visits, but some facilities could be improved for a better stay. Overall, it was decent, but not without its flaws.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Sai Baba Temple. The shuttle service to the temple was efficient, making it easy to visit. While the property has great potential, it does show signs of wear and tear in certain areas, particularly in housekeeping and room maintenance. Overall, it's a good choice if you're more interested in convenience than luxury amenities.
Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially after being a regular for 10 years. While the staff, particularly Kamini, went above and beyond to assist, the condition of the rooms has seriously declined. The cleanliness was lacking, and maintenance seemed neglected. The hotel has potential due to its history and staff, but significant improvements are necessary for me to consider returning.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. It's located in a quieter area of Shirdi, making it a relaxing spot while still being a short walk to the temple. The rooms were spacious and clean, but some amenities felt a bit outdated. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread, though the Italian restaurant fell short of expectations. The amenities including the pool and gardens added to the charm, but service could be improved in busier times.
